Terms & Conditions

The total cost of the correspondence for the 1:1 VIP Special Package is (2/ 75 min) Business Consultation is $444 USD.

Each session takes place on Zoom online platform. All fees, payments and total cost are non-refundable. Full payment is due upon booking and prior to session.

This Coaching Agreement between Lua Zawacki and Dana Regan Consulting of Somatic Soul Coaching™ LLC in consideration of the mutual promises made herein. 

WHEREAS, the Coach provides Life Coaching/ Business Consultation WHEREAS, Client wishes to retain the Coach on the terms and conditions set forth herein to provide such services, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants stated herein, the Parties agree as follows: 

SERVICES The Coach agrees to provide the services of Life Coaching/ Business Consulation. The service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want to live. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program. 

DISCLAIMER Client understands Dana Regan, Dana Regan Cosnulting is not a doctor, therapist, registered dietician, financial advisor or psychotherapist. Client understands their purchase of this Program will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment. Client understands that the Program is not a substitute for health care, medical or clinical advice of any kind. Client understands and agrees that Client is fully responsible for his/her mental well being, including his/her dietary, mental and physical choices and decisions during the Program. Client understands that the Program does not guarantee any financial profit or health . 

CONFIDENTIALITY The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation. 

LENGTH OF AGREEMENT 

The Coaching Agreement includes 2/ 75 minute 1:1 coaching sessions. Company may unilaterally extend the Commitment Period at its discretion at any time. Client understands that any/all scheduled calls or other benefits expire at the end of the Commitment Period, and will not be carried over. All of Client’s benefits must be used during the Commitment Period. 

SESSIONS We will begin and end our sessions on time, in honor of our commitment. Sessions are typically around 60 minutes each. Ideally, for scheduling, we will choose a day of the week & time that works consistently for both of us. Rescheduling an appointment is easy with advance notice. If you must cancel a session, I require 24-hour notice. Each of us will occasionally need to move a session for an emergency. I will extend to you the same courtesy and give you as much advance notice as possible. For cancellations, I ask that I am given 24 hour notice given it is not an emergency. At the time of Scheduled Session, Client will meet with the Coach and/or peers at the scheduled time. Client understands all available times for appointments are at the sole discretion of the Company. If the schedule changes at any time, the Company will notify Client. 

SCHEDULE The client is free to schedule or reschedule within the coach's availability. If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less in advance, the client is responsible for the full payment of their appointment. 

COMMUNICATION The Coach will meet with Client for scheduled sessions online via ZOOM. During the coaching commitment client can email the coach in between sessions. 

NON-DISCLOSURE OF MATERIALS Material given to Client in the course of Client’s work with the Coach is proprietary, copyrighted and developed specifically by the Coach for Client. Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for Client’s own personal use. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Client accepts and agrees that Client is fully responsible for their progress and results from the Program. The Coach will help and guide Client however, participation is the one vital element to the Program’s success that relies solely on Client. The Coach makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Client’s performance. Client understands that because of the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. By signing below, Client acknowledges there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in the Program. 

● COMPLETING OUR RELATIONSHIP 

● If you decide to end our coaching relationship prior to the end of our agreement , please give me two weeks notice. This will give us time to capture your learning and strategize for what is next in your life and celebrate the “ending” of you heading off with new tools and spreading your wings into your next evolution. 

FEES Client is responsible for full payment of fees for the entire Program, regardless of whether Client completes the Program. If Client is unable to use the Program for any reason, there will be no refund and all future payments will still apply if the client is paying in installments. Client understands that fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full Payment is due before sessions.
